Customers can now buy Dito's managed collaboration SOC through the Marketplace, with a new dashboard for onboarding, reporting, and investigation.

The listing covers SecOps for Collaboration, the foundational tier of the service, and is delivered through a new customer dashboard that handles onboarding, reporting, and threat investigation — giving customers a live view into the work Dito's SOC performs on their behalf.

Google Cloud Marketplace streamlines the procurement cycle for IT and security leaders who want to gain visibility into security blind spots. Customers transact under their existing Google Cloud agreement, with CollabAiShield appearing as a line item on their Google Cloud invoice rather than as a separate contract and billing relationship.

For organizations carrying a committed spend agreement, purchases through this channel may count towards their existing obligations, subject to the exclusions and the terms of the customer's own agreement. Teams holding unspent commitment can apply it to closing a security gap instead of letting it lapse.

Across its three tiers, CollabAiShield monitors the layer where employees and AI tools actually work: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, embedded assistants such as Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, and the browser-based AI tools employees adopt without IT review. The Marketplace tier currently covers Google Workspace; AI assistant and browser coverage come with the higher tiers.

Traditional SIEM and endpoint platforms were built to detect compromised machines. SaaS telemetry is frequently deprioritized or dropped to control log ingestion costs, leaving organizations without visibility into data sharing, identity-based attacks, and prompts carrying sensitive data to external models.

Capabilities include:

• Add analyst coverage without adding headcount. Dedicated US-based analysts triage Workspace alerts around the clock, so your team investigates real security events instead of hiring, training, and retooling for a threat surface they have never monitored.
• Keep the SOC you have already built. CollabAiShield operates as an additive layer, feeding collaboration security intelligence into your existing SIEM, EDR, and SOC workflows rather than displacing them.

What is new in the Marketplace release is how customers see that work. The SaaS version ships with a Dito-built dashboard covering onboarding status, reporting, and threat investigation — the observability layer over a service that was previously delivered through analyst reporting alone. Security leaders can track what was detected, what was triaged, and what was escalated without opening a ticket to ask.

• SecOps for Collaboration: Google Workspace telemetry (Microsoft 365 available directly through Dito; Marketplace support planned) in a dedicated Google SecOps namespace, 24/7/365 US-based analyst triage, threat intelligence integration, and the CollabAiShield customer dashboard. • Enterprise AI Governance: Adds pre-submission prompt scanning for Gemini and Copilot, Shadow AI discovery, automated compliance mapping, and AI cost governance. Currently available directly through Dito; Marketplace listing planned.
• Complete Agentic Defense: Adds OpenTelemetry-native tracing across agentic workflows and custom policy enforcement via an Open Policy Agent engine. Currently available directly through Dito; Marketplace listing planned.

Customers can connect their Google Workspace tenant in a few simple steps, with initial telemetry flowing shortly after deployment. Organizations evaluating their exposure can request a 14-Day Shadow AI and Data Leakage Assessment.
