Original American sushi concept launches limited-time menu featuring two bold new rolls and a tropical Rockin’ Refresher
Mobile, AL (RestaurantNews.com) Guests looking to reel in something new won’t have to look far. Beginning Aug. 3, Rock N’ Roll Sushi welcomes CrabFest, a seasonal celebration spotlighting premium blue crab, through Oct. 25.
Inspired by the classic song and equally classic roll, the California Dreamin’ Roll features premium blue crab, creamy avocado and crisp cucumber, topped with toasted sesame seeds and served with a fresh lemon wedge for a bright citrus finish. Pricing starts at $12.99, but varies by location.
For guests looking to turn up the heat, the Firecracker Roll packs a punch with premium blue crab, crispy tempura crunchies and green onion before being topped with smoked salmon and fresh jalapeño. Finished with togarashi pepper, sriracha and Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s signature Headbanger Sauce, every bite delivers bold flavor with just the right kick. Pricing starts at $16.99, but varies by location.
Guests can also cool off with the Rockin’ Refresher blending diced mango, mango syrup and Minute Maid® Lemonade into a sweet, tropical sip that pairs perfectly with the savory sushi rolls. Pricing starts at $4.99, but varies by location.
