WINNIPEG, MB: Cleanr Property Maintenance is entering its 12th year in business with the creation of a new Operations Manager role designed to support the company's next stage of growth. They are currently accepting applications for the position.
The Winnipeg lawn care and snow removal company created the position to strengthen field operations, improve internal systems, develop employees, and maintain the high service standards customers have come to expect.
As Cleanr has expanded, the demands of coordinating seasonal crews, equipment, scheduling, customer communication, and service quality have continued to increase. The new role will help ensure those moving parts are managed with consistency while giving field employees stronger day-to-day leadership and support.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the President and oversee day-to-day field operations, including production, staffing, scheduling, customer service, quality control, team development, and continuous improvement.

The Operations Manager will also play an important role in building Cleanr's future leadership capacity by helping onboard employees, coach team members, identify potential leaders, and create scalable systems that allow the company to grow without losing the service-focused approach that has shaped its reputation.
