Chicago Faucets to Introduce CF Connect PLUS and SoapBank at ASPE 2026

PR Newswire

DES PLAINES, Ill., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Faucets will introduce its latest commercial plumbing innovations for engineers, designers and other specification professionals at the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) 2026 Expo, October 12–13 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The company will introduce attendees to CF Connect PLUS, its new BACnet/IP-connected water management platform, along with the E-Tronic® 80 SoapBank, a centralized soap dispensing system designed for high-traffic commercial restrooms at booth 708.

Chicago Faucets’ CF Connect PLUS connects commercial water fittings to a building automation system through BACnet/IP, bringing point-of-use water management into the broader building automation strategy. The system combines connected faucets, temperature-sensing angle stops and a Gateway for system visibility and automated flushing.

The ASPE Expo brings together plumbing engineers, designers, specifiers, contractors, facility managers and other professionals focused on the design and performance of plumbing systems. Chicago Faucets will use the event to demonstrate how emerging connectivity can extend building automation to the point of use, while also highlighting practical solutions that simplify restroom maintenance.

Bringing Point-of-Use Water Data Into the BAS

A key focus at the Chicago Faucets booth will be CF Connect PLUS, which connects compatible Chicago Faucets HyTronic® touchless faucets to building automation systems through native BACnet/IP integration.

The system is designed to give facility teams greater visibility into water performance at the point of use. CF Connect PLUS can provide continuous point-of-use water temperature monitoring through temperature-sensing angle stop adapters, automate hygiene flushing, document flushing activity and communicate system information to the building automation system through native BACnet/IP.

For plumbing engineers and specifiers, the technology creates an opportunity to consider water infrastructure as part of the broader building automation strategy rather than as a standalone plumbing system.

"Building automation has continued to expand across virtually every major building system, but point-of-use water performance has often remained outside that conversation," said Greg Hunt, Commercial Product Manager. "CF Connect PLUS gives engineers and building owners another way to connect plumbing infrastructure with the systems they are already using to manage their buildings."

Chicago Faucets recently joined BACnet International as a Silver Member, supporting the company's continued involvement in the development and adoption of open, interoperable building automation solutions.

CF Connect PLUS uses a central Gateway to collect information from connected fittings and sensors and make that information available to a BAS through BACnet/IP. The system can support both new construction and retrofit applications, with wired and Bluetooth® connectivity options.

Innovation Theater Presentation

Chicago Faucets will also present "CF Connect Plus – Connectivity at Your Fingertips" in the ASPE Innovation Theater on Monday, October 12, from 1:30 to 1:45 p.m.

The presentation will provide attendees with an opportunity to see how CF Connect PLUS can connect commercial plumbing fittings to building automation and explore the implications for water management, system visibility and facility operations. Attendees will obtain the specifier eBook.

A New Approach to Commercial Restroom Soap Management

Chicago Faucets will also introduce ASPE attendees to the E-Tronic 80 SoapBank, a multi-feed soap dispensing system designed to simplify maintenance in busy commercial restrooms.

The SoapBank uses a centralized 13-liter reservoir that can supply multiple soap dispensers from a single refill location. Available in two-, three- and four-dispenser configurations, the system consolidates refilling and can help maintenance teams reduce the time required to service multiple dispensers individually.

The SoapBank is particularly suited for high-traffic facilities such as airports, stadiums, shopping centers, schools, museums, casinos and convention centers.

Together, CF Connect PLUS and SoapBank represent two different approaches to simplifying commercial plumbing operations: one through connectivity and building-system integration, and the other through centralized restroom maintenance.

"ASPE is an important opportunity for us to talk directly with the engineers and specifiers who influence how commercial plumbing systems are designed," said Hunt. "We want to show them not only what is possible with connected water management, but also practical solutions that can make facilities easier to operate and maintain."

Chicago Faucets will be exhibiting at booth 708 during the ASPE Expo on October 12–13 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Attendees are invited to visit the booth to learn more about CF Connect PLUS, SoapBank and Chicago Faucets' portfolio of commercial plumbing fittings.
