As correctional agencies across the country face increasing behavioral health challenges, Ms. Bromley will work with her teams in leading the delivery of Armor Health's innovative, evidence-based programs that improve access to care, strengthen clinical quality, and enhance outcomes for justice-involved individuals. Her leadership will be focused on advancing integrated behavioral healthcare models that support both patients and correctional partners while fostering safer, healthier environments in her region.

Bromley has worked in behavioral health and clinical education since 2000, beginning her career in corrections as a school psychologist at a maximum-security youth facility, and has spent much of the time since working with at-risk populations across every age group.

"Behavioral healthcare is an essential component of correctional medicine," said Armor Health's Chief Behavioral Health Officer, Dr. Syretta James. "Every individual deserves access to quality mental healthcare, and every correctional agency deserves a partner committed to delivering innovative, evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes for patients, staff, and the communities they serve. I am excited for Ms. Bromley to bring her talents and experience to the Armor team and mission."

Jill spent 16 years as a practicing school psychologist, conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans for adolescents with learning, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. She went on to found and lead a group behavioral health practice for eight years, where she also worked as a professional educational advocate. She later built an independent practice serving clients across multiple states before returning to correctional healthcare, first supporting behavioral health operations at the corporate level and most recently as Mental Health Administrator at a county detention facility.

Bromley holds a master's degree and specialist-level education in school psychology and is licensed in seven states. She looks forward to partnering with on-site teams to strengthen behavioral health services across her region.

Armor Health remains committed to investing in clinical leaders - like Jill Bromley - who are raising the standard of care, driving innovation, and transforming lives through evidence-based practices.
